Robots in Disguise

PAYING BY PAYPAL

1. Send £12 GBP to robotsfanclub@gmail.com – do not email this address, it’s for payments only. PLEASE NOTE if your paypal account is funded from a card or bank account please send £12.65 to cover the transactional charges paypal has in place. Thanks!
2. Include your FULL NAME and DoB in the “notes” section, esp important if this is not your paypal account. If you are paying for more than one person, make sure you list all their information.
3. Print off the reciept for payment.
4. Send us…
   • The printed reciept if possible (or ref numbers etc if not)
   • A piece of paper with your FULL NAME, DoB, and a valid email address so we can confirm your membership details
   • Four A5 sized padded stamped address envelopes. We recommend you ask at the post office for what stamps you require but we suggest LARGE first class stamps are the ones you want if you are unable to ask at a post office.
   • Your choice of necklace colour for if you are in the first 100. They are available in mirrored silver, black or white. Write your 1st 2nd and 3rd choice and we will try and accomodate everyone as much as possible.
   • If you wish to include a “problem” for the RID Problem page, please also send that in!

5. When we have cross matched cleared funds and recieved your SAEs we will email you with your membership number and explain how you will have access to the Fanclub Myspace.
6. All applications must be in to us by the 20th January to qualify for the first mail out which will be dispatched on the 21st Jan. Applications will open again afterwards, we will make this clear on myspace and facebook nearer the time.

PAYING BY CHEQUE

1. Make cheque for £12 GBP payable to ROBOTS IN DISGUISE FAN CLUB
2. please include full name of applicant(s) on the back of the cheque, esp if this is not a cheque written by you

1. WE RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT SEND US CASH AS IF IT IS LOST IN THE POST WE CANNOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT
2. We are aware however that some people may chose to do this regardless of what we say – if this is the case please take every precaution to strap coins down onto card and do not send more than we require – we will not be able to provide any change.
